Ingredients
1/2 (28-ounce) bag zesty curly fries
1 teaspoon ground cumin, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne, divided (optional)
2 (8-inch) flour wraps, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (15.5 ounces) organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped fresh mint plus additional for garnish (optional)
Chopped chili peppers tomatoes and/or white onion (optional)
chopped cucumbers
Directions

1. Prepare fries as label directs. Makes about 2 1/2 cups

 

2. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 325° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, whisk 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne; add wrap pieces, spray with cooking spray and toss to coat. Air fry tortilla pieces 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, shaking basket once; cool completely. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.

 

3. In small bowl, stir barbecue sauce, remaining 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, and 2 tablespoons water

 

4. In large bowl, toss beans, mint and fries. Divide bean mixture into 4 bowls and drizzle with barbecue sauce mixture; top with wrap pieces, vegetables, if desired, and garnish with mint, if desired. Makes 4 bowls.
