1 box bowl & basket Linguine
1/4 cup unsalted butter
5 cloves Garlic, minced
2 lbs bowl & basket Cleaned & Tail-On Raw Shrimp, Large, 62-80, thawed
4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Italian bread, for serving
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, parsley and pepper; saute for 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Stir in lemon juice. Toss pasta with scampi sauce and serve with Italian bread, if desired.
