Step 2: Immediately stir in two drops of peppermint extract to the chocolate mix, then let sit to cool.
Step 3: Keeping the rolls together, slice the entire package of rolls lengthwise, leaving ½-inch thick bottoms intact.
Step 4: Set bread on lined cookie sheet then evenly spread chocolate ganache over the top of the KING’S HAWAIIAN roll halves.
Step 5: Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the bars.
Step 6: Refrigerate to let the chocolate ganache set. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
