Butternut Alfredo Pasta Bake

Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Bowl & Basket Specialty Ziti or Rigatoni pasta
2 tsp Bowl & Basket vegetable oil
1 lb Bowl & Basket sweet italian sausage, casings removed
6 oz Bowl & Basket Baby Spinach
1 jar Bowl & Basket Butternut Alfredo Sauce
1 cup Bowl & Basket shredded 4 cheese pizza blend
â…“ cup Bowl & Basket shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside until ready to use.
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions unti al dente. Remove from heat and drain.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet and cook sausage until brown, 5-8 minutes, breaking into smaller pieces with a spoon or spatula. Stir in spinach until wilted; season with salt and pepper and then remove from heat.
- Add sausage mixture and pasta sauce to the pot with the drained pasta and stir until everything is well coated and mixed.
- Pour pasta into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the top. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
