3 cups no sugar added oat milk or reduced fat milk
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbs agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon plus additional for serving (optional)
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Lite whipped topping for serving (optional)
Directions

1. In small saucepan, heat milk to a simmer over medium-high heat; remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until melted. Whisk in agave, vanilla extract, cinnamon and ground red pepper. Makes about 3½ cups.

 

2. Serve hot chocolate topped with whipped topping sprinkled with cinnamon, if desired.
