Hot Honey Wings

- Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings with oil, 1 tsp seasoned salt, black pepper and paprika until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 and spray the inner basket with cooking spray. Arrange wings in one even, flat layer (cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding) with skin facing up. Spray top of wings with more cooking spray and air fry for 15 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, make the hot honey sauce by whisking melted butter, hot honey and hot sauce. Reserve some for dipping (if desired) and set aside the remaining sauce until ready to use.
- Remove the lid of the air fryer and brush some sauce over the wings. Return the wings to the air fryer and cook for a final 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through and crispy.
- Remove chicken from the air fryer and serve with additional sauce or bleu cheese dressing for dipping if desired.
Note: To cook in the oven: preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Arrange wings in a single even layer on the baking sheet and spray with more cooking spray. Cook at 425 until full cooked and brown, approximately 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes. Flip skin side back up and brush with hot honey sauce and broil 2-3 minutes. If wings are large it may take up to 1 hour to cook; if unsure, use a thermometer to check meat has reached 165 degrees.
