Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef
3 tablespoons Caribbean jerk marinade plus additional for serving (optional)
½ cup finely chopped fresh papaya
½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 package (8.5 ounces) BEN'S ORIGINAL™ 10 Medley Grains Caribbean Style
12 large Boston or bibb lettuce leaves
Coarsely crushed banana chips and/or coconut chips for garnish (optional)
Directions

1. In large skillet, cook and stir beef over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned, breaking up beef with side of spoon; drain. Add marinade; cook and stir 3 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; stir in papaya, pepper and cilantro. Makes about 3 cups.

2. Prepare grain medley as label directs; cool slightly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

3. Fill lettuce leaves with grain medley and beef mixture; drizzle with marinade, if desired. Makes 12 lettuce wraps.

4. Serve lettuce wraps garnished with banana chips and/or coconut chips, if desired.
