Blue Cheese Grape Bites

Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) bowl & basketâ„¢ Halves & Pieces Walnuts (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 package (4.4 ounces) blue cheese, softened
24 red grapes, rinsed and patted dry
Directions
- In large skillet, cook and stir walnuts over medium-low heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant; transfer to cutting board and cool completely. Finely chop walnuts; transfer to wide, shallow dish.
- In medium bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese and blue cheese until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Makes about 1 1/4 cups cheese mixture.
- With gloves, mold 2 1/2 teaspoons cheese mixture around each grape; roll in walnuts to coat and place on large serving platter. Refrigerate grape bites at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 24 grape bites.
