Ingredients
1 package Bowl & Basket spaghetti
1/2 cup Bowl & Basket extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Shredded parmesan cheese, for serving
Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

 

2. While pasta is cooking, gently heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, being sure not to burn.

 

3. Once pasta is done cooking, reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, and combine the spaghetti, garlicky olive oil and pasta water together. Toss to incorporate.

 

4. Top with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired.
