Ingredients
16 oz beef blend sliders (8 sliders, 1 package)
1 small Vidalia onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 slices Swiss cheese, quartered
8 slider buns
1/2 cup French onion dip
Directions

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Spray sliders and both sides of onion slices with cooking spray; sprinkle both sides with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.

 

2. Place sliders and onions on hot grill rack; cover and cook sliders 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° and onions 5 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning sliders and onions once. About 2 minutes before sliders are done, top with cheese and place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted. Transfer onions to cutting board; coarsely chop.

 

3. Serve sliders in buns topped with onion dip, onions and banana peppers, if desired.
