McCain Sunrise Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
1 bag of McCain Beer Battered Slices
5 Whole Eggs
¾ cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¾ cup of Bacon, Sausage, Ham, or Roasted Vegetables
Salt & Pepper as needed
2 TBL of Milk/Heavy Cream
2 TBL of Butter
Directions
- Cook the breakfast meat of choice and dice, place aside. Preheat air fryer and cook McCain Craft Beer Battered Slices according to package directions.
- While the potato slices are cooking, in a mixing bowl crack the eggs, add milk/heavy cream, and salt and pepper. Whisk together until well blended. Heat a medium frying pan on the stove and melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture and scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a cast iron skillet or 9” x 13” baking pan, add the potato slices (once complete), then scrambled eggs and meat, and lastly sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Place in oven until the cheese completely melts. Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
