No-Bake Krembo Gelt Cookies

1 package Bowl & Basket Vanilla Sandwich Cookies
2/3 cup Bowl & Basket Heavy Cream
3 cups Marshmallow Fluff
1 cup Bowl & Basket Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
3 tbsp Bowl & Basket Butter
Metallic sprinkles or gold dust (optional)
Directions
- Twist apart the vanilla sandwich cookies. These halves will be your “gelt” bases.
- In a bowl, whip the marshmallow fluff and heavy cream together until soft peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe a swirl onto each cookie half. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth and glossy. Spoon the melted chocolate over the tops of each set cookie.
- Sprinkle with metallic sprinkles or gold dust for a true “gelt” look — or leave them smooth and classic.
- Refrigerate until fully firm (about 15–30 minutes). Serve cold.
