Ingredients
3/4 cup Bowl and Basket milk or Wholesome Pantry non-dairy milk of choice
12 large Bowl and Basket eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
diced peppers

cooked ham
sausage crumbles
Directions
  • 1. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 350°F. Spray 2 12-cup cupcake pans with cooking spray.
  • 2. Whisk the milk eggs salt and pepper together in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in half the cheese and the mix ins you chose. For mix in options, use 2-3 cups assorted fillings, such as diced peppers, onions, cooked ham, sausage crumbles, etc.
  • 3. Pour the egg mixture into the wells, filling them 2/3 way full.
  • 4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until the eggs are set and the quiches are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool in pan 5-10 minutes before gently running a butter knife or spatula around the rim of each quiche and removing from the pan.
