Ingredients
1 lb Bowl & Basket large shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
½ cup Bowl & Basket all purpose flour
1 tsp Bowl & Basket seasoned salt
¼ tsp Bowl & Basket ground black pepper
½ tsp Bowl & Basket paprika
2 large eggs
1-2 cups Bowl & Basket panko breadcrumbs
1 bottle Bowl & Basket Boom Boom sauce, plus more for serving
Sliced green onions, for serving (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Set up a dredging station by stirring flour, salt, pepper and paprika in one shallow bowl, whisking the eggs in a second bowl, and placing the breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels, then coat shrimp evenly in the flour, followed by the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Place shrimp in an even layer in the bottom of the air fryer (cook in batches to avoid overcrowding) and air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket once in the middle of cooking. Remove shrimp from the air fryer and place into a bowl with boom boom sauce and toss to coat. Repeat until all shrimp are cooked.
- Serve with additional sauce and sliced green onions, if desired.
