Keto Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup fresh, ripe raspberries
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Splenda® Allulose Sweetener
2 tbs chopped red onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tbs kosher salt
1/4 cup water
Directions
1. In a small food processor or blender, add all ingredients except water. Process until smooth. Add water, and pulse once more.
2. Use as is or strain through a sieve. Store dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy within a week!
