Chocolate Dipped Fruit Skewer Mason Jars
1. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Thread 1 piece of fruit onto 1 end of each skewer; place on prepared pan
2. In small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate bars and oil in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds
3. Using skewer, dip each piece of fruit halfway into chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off; place on prepared pan. Refrigerate skewers 20 minutes or until chocolate hardens
4. Line each jar with 2 sheets of tissue paper so that paper extends about 4 inches over sides of jars; place 1 Styrofoam piece into each jar. Stick 3 pineapple skewers, 3 strawberry skewers and 3 kiwi skewers upright into each Styrofoam piece to create bouquets. Tie a ribbon around each jar and curl ends, if desired. Makes 4 jars.
