Ingredients
Bowl & Basket Complete Pancake Mix ( follow directions on box)
Whipped Cream
fresh strawberries
fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced
Shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Preheat a large griddle to medium heat.
- Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
- Make one large round pancake for the bunny’s body and one smaller round pancake for its head.
- Make two quarter sized pancakes for its feet and two long triangular shaped pancakes for its ears.
- Once pancakes are cooked, Place the ears down on the plate first, near the top of the plate.
- Place the smaller round pancake on top for its head, followed by the biggest pancake for its body.
- Tuck the two smallest pancakes under the body for its feet.
- Use whipped cream to make a little bunny tail and if desired, top with shredded coconut.
- Place a sliced banana on each of the smallest pancakes for its paws.
- Serve with syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
