Never say never! We don't use that phrase around here. Since the very beginning, and long before it was trendy or cool, Jackson's has never used seed oils to make our award-winning snacks. When our son, Jackson, developed a rare autoimmune disorder and required a special anti-inflammatory diet, we turned to avocado oil and started making some of his favorite snacks right in our kitchen with this heroic elixir. And guess what, they tasted better than ever. Friends and family soon caught on and the rest, as they say, is history.
